Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Respond to emails as well as live chats from customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Handle escalated issues and customer complaints.


Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Urdu
  • Good Communication Skills


Required Qualification:

  • Intermediate/ A-Levels/ Fresh graduate/ Diploma Holders
