Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Respond to emails as well as live chats from customers.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Handle escalated issues and customer complaints.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Good Communication Skills
Required Qualification:
- Intermediate/ A-Levels/ Fresh graduate/ Diploma Holders
