Mr. Imran is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience. He currently serves as the Chairman of AEG and Director of AlSafa Halal Foods Canada. Before acquiring AEG in January 2021, he was Chief Executive Officer of Engro Polymer and Chemicals for 5 years. During his tenure the Company transformed from a loss making unit to a successful business. Prior to that he was VP Business Development & Finance at Engro Foods. He was part of the team who was responsible for Pakistan's largest divestment of over US$1 billion to Frieslandcampina. His earlier engagements include 8 years at Delloite, Saudi Arabia and 4 years at A F Ferguson & CO a member firm of PWC.

Mr. Sohail is an MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Top line Securities. Sohail has almost 25 years of experience of Pakistan’s capital market, research and brokerage. He is a Certified Director of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG). He has been elected as the Director of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Director of Central Depository Company of Pakistan, the Director of PMEX (Pakistan’s only commodity exchange) and the Director of rating agency JCR-VIS. He has also served on various committees formed by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan Stock Exchange and State Bank of Pakistan.

Mr. Raza started his career with American Express Travel Related Services. During his tenure, he managed a diversified portfolio of products related to financial management including Cards, Bank, FX services & Travel. He was the Chief Financial Officer & Director on board of AEG Travel Services for 10 years before being elevated to his current position of Chief Executive Officer.
